Agaric d.o.o. undertakes to carefully store and use all personal data received in the application form solely for the purpose of analyzing data on participants at events, for marketing research, and for the presentation of products and services of the company Uradni list Republike Slovenije d.o.o., and shall not transmit the received data to third parties without the consent of the respective data subjects. With their signature, applicants to the event agree to the processing of their personal data and the data of the persons listed on the application form for the purpose described above, for which they have all the appropriate authorizations. The persons listed on the application form may at any time request that the Official Gazette temporarily or permanently stop using their personal data for the above purpose and have the right to submit a request to the Official Gazette if they wish to view, rectify, change or update their own personal data kept in the database of the Official Gazette. The Official Gazette is obliged to take appropriate measures within 15 days to prevent the use of personal data for the above purpose. The costs of all actions in this regard shall be covered by the Official Gazette.
The sole recipient of the personal data will be AGARIC d.o.o.
